Terms and Conditions for becoming our reseller.

1. Prior to purchasing any "eLiteral" services, the Reseller shall maintain an Advance Account with "eLiteral".

2. As and when, the Reseller purchases "eLiteral" Services, the Reseller's Advance Account balance shall be reduced as per the then current pricing of the Service.

3. eLiteral shall maintain a record of Reseller's Advance Account balance. If the Reseller's Advance Account balance is insufficient for processing any Order then that Order shall not be processed.

4. The First deposit required to be sent to us while establishing your Advance Account should be greater or equal to $75. (Rs. 3600).

2. Next 10 Domains    ------- US$ 7.71

4. Next 20 Domains    ------- US$ 7.50
5. Remaining Domains ------- US$ 7.30
