Refunds eLiteral will refund balance in your account if any, within 1 month
after receiving a written request containing your Domain Name and Account
details, on the letterhead of your company, addressed to our Billing
Department. eLiteral will not be responsible for any differences in the
refund due to Fluctuation in International Currency rates.
